Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago - St. Leo Campus for Veterans
Welcome

For the last 10 years, Catholic Charities in our city has seen a significant increase of vets who come to us for help. We believe that those heroes who have given so much to our country deserve our support during their time of need. St. Leo is the first program of its kind and is a part of the solution to homelessness and poverty among veterans.

Welcome to St. Leo's

St. Leo Garden

The St. Leo Campus, located in Chicago's Auburn Gresham neighborhood, is another monumental step towards fulfilling Catholic Charities' dream to keep veterans safe and off the streets. The St. Leo Campus is comprised of Catholic Charities' St. Leo Residence, the Auburn Gresham Community Based Outpatient Clinic, the St. Leo Veterans Garden, and the Pope John Paul II Residence, which provides apartment housing for persons who have physical disabilities.

By bringing these much-needed services to Auburn Gresham, Catholic Charities is tackling the problem of homeless veterans and improving the Chicago community's capacity to serve its veterans. If you are a veteran in need of housing or want to refer a veteran that you know please call (773) 651-9950.
